The Human Resource Group performs tasks related to: preparation of the Draft Personnel Plan and development of human resources management, recruitment, selection and admission of new staff; drafting a Rulebook on internal organization and systematization of jobs in the Ministry; drafting of general and individual acts related to the exercise of rights, obligations and responsibilities of civil servants and employees in the field of labor relations; preparation of statements on appeals and responses to lawsuits and other submissions to the competent authorities in disputes in the field of labor relations; coordination of the procedure for evaluating the work performance of civil servants; keeping records and managing a database in the field of human resources, keeping other prescribed records; professional and administrative affairs for the tender commissions of the Ministry; professional training of civil servants; providing professional assistance to civil servants and employees in connection with the exercise of employment rights, as well as other tasks within the scope of the Group.
